all the orders placed as a pre-order means that you ordered an item that is out of stock, but once you paid for it, it will be made within 25 business days and only after it is made we will dispatch it to you. shipping time is around 7-15 business days depending on the destination country. no refund or cancelation is available for pre-orders. refund may be eligible only if item you pre-ordered came damaged.
